By using Open Knowledge Marketplace ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Open Platform
Open Knowledge Marketplace is a free and open platform. Anyone can submit an AI agent or workflow without needing approval. We do not moderate content before it is published.
3. User Responsibilities
- Do not post content that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.
- Do not spam or abuse the rating system.
- You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
- Respect copyright and intellectual property.
4. Prohibited Content
It is strictly prohibited to submit agents that:
- Contain malware or malicious software
- Deceive users (scam)
- Contain NSFW or inappropriate content
- Violate the privacy of others
We reserve the right to remove violating content after receiving a report.
5. Data Ownership
Data belongs to you. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties. Login data is processed via Google OAuth and Supabase.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as-is". We are not responsible for the quality or results of third-party agents listed on the platform. Please evaluate them yourself before using any agent.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be announced on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

See content that violates our terms? Report it directly to our team via TikTok DM. We will review and handle reports as soon as possible, depending on available resources. However, we do not guarantee a specific response time for each case.

10. Data Processing & GDPR
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We process your personal data (email, display name, profile photo) on the legal basis of contract performance — specifically, to provide you with access to the platform. You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to processing; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. 11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.
